• Sprayer does not run at all

• Display shows CODE 05

• BlueLink status light blinks 5

times repeatedly

Control is

commanding

motor to run but

motor shaft

does not rotate.

7. Perform Field Short Test: Test

at large 4-pin motor field connec-

tor. There should not be continu-

ity from pin 4, the ground wire,

and any of the remaining 3 pins.

If motor field connector tests fail,

replace motor.

8. Check Motor Thermal Switch:

Unplug thermal wires. Set meter

to ohms. Meter should read the

proper resistance for each unit

(see table below).
