  If you're having basic mechanical problems with your Graco Paint Sprayer, such as a pump frozen or paint hardened in the pump, thaw the sprayer if water or water-based paint has frozen inside by placing it in a warm area until completely thawed. Do not start the sprayer until it is fully thawed. If paint has hardened (dried) inside, replace the pump packings.
