Setting the timer
• Primo has a countdown timer function which will countdown from the set time. When the time
has elapsed, Primo will hold the temperature at the set point so food does not become cold.
• Once Primo has achieved its set cooking temperature, the heater light will begin to flash as it
maintains the temperature.
• Press the Time Mode/Set button (see page 4), the display will show ‘00:00’ with the hours flashing.
• Turn the adjustment wheel to the desired number of hours.
• Press Time Mode/Set again and set the minutes. Press the Time Set/Mode button again and it will
display ‘Set’.
• The display will alternate between the actual water temperature and the time remaining.
• When the time has elapsed the display will show ‘End’ and Primo will maintain its set cooking
temperature. The ‘End’ message can be cleared by pressing any button.
• The time can be adjusted whilst in cooking mode.
• To cancel the timer set the time to '00:00'.
Note: If large pieces of food are added, additional heating time may be required before Primo
reaches the set cooking temperature.
Note: If you wish to set a time of less than 1 hour the time display will show minutes & seconds.
