Gateway(Pro) is not blinking and without
data replay
Modbus Gateway(Pro) hasn’t
received the data from BMS system
equipment
Address of Modbus
gateway device hasn’t
been set correctly
Check if the addresses of
Modbus gateway device are
repeated by referring to DIP
setting of “Hardware Debugging”;
check if the command frame
device address sent by BMS
system device is consistent with
DIP address of Modbus
Gateway(Pro)
Communication cable
between gateway and BMS
system is wrong or the
communication wire is not
put through
Check the conductivity of
communication cable;
check if the communication
connection between
Modbus Gateway(Pro) and
BMS system is correct by
referring to “3.2
Communication
Connection”
If communication
distance is too long and
if there are too many
nodes
Add repeater between
Modbus Gateway(Pro)
and BMS system, or
reduce communication
distance to be within
800m
Check if the data
frame format sent by
BMS system device
to Modbus
Gateway(Pro) is
correct
