What to do if my Grill Zone Grill only heats to 200-300 degrees?
    • T
      Tyrone GatesAug 1, 2025
First, make sure the temperature gauge is working correctly by testing it with a flame or comparing it to an oven thermometer inside the grill. Also, ensure you're following the correct start procedure: turn off the gas control knobs and propane bottle before lighting. If not, wait 15 minutes. Then, turn the cylinder all the way on, turn the left burner to ignite, wait 5 seconds, and ignite. Repeat this for any additional burners. Finally, check all gas connections for leaks using a bubble test. If you find any leaks, replace the part or tighten the fitting.

How to fix a Grill Zone Grill that takes a long time to preheat?
    • J
      Javier MeadowsAug 7, 2025
A normal preheat to 500-600 degrees should take about 10-15 minutes. Keep in mind that cold weather and wind can increase the preheat time. Also, do not use volcanic rock and briquettes in this grill.

What to do if my Grill Zone SRGG41207 Grill does not flame immediately?
    • C
      Christopher HopkinsAug 13, 2025
First, ensure the gas is turned on. Next, check for a spark while trying to ignite the burner. Push in the control knob and turn to ignite/preheat, holding it for about 5 seconds before igniting the grill. Also, make sure the burner is clean.

Why does the regulator on my Grill Zone SRGG41207 Grill make noise?
    • W
      William RivasAug 19, 2025
The noise could be because the vent hose on the regulator is blocked, or the regulator itself might be faulty. Check that the vent hole on the regulator is not obstructed. If it is, clear the hole, then close the LP cylinder and gas control valves. Wait 10 minutes before restarting. When you turn on the LP cylinder valve, make sure you don't cover the vent hole on the regulator. Check the flames for proper performance and replace the regulator if the flames are incorrect. You may also need to purge the lines.

Why are the burner flames not light blue on my Grill Zone SRGG41207 Grill?
    • C
      Carol MarshallAug 26, 2025
The burner flames might not be light blue because there's too much or not enough air mixing for the flame. Elevation can be a factor, and cold weather can also affect the mixture. Also, check if the grill is in a windy location.
