CHARGER MODE

Orange and green lights are
ashing after 24h or charge.
Batteries damaged, no voltage
despite the charge.
Unplug the product from the main
and plug it again to start a new
charge. If the problem appears
again the batteries are damaged.

Thermal protection of the charger. Charger is overheating because
the temperature is too high. The
charger will restart the charge au-
tomatically as soon as the tempe-
rature dropped down sufciently.

The orange led ashes for more
than 3hours and does not turn to

The battery is sulphated or deeply
discharged.
Normal process of the Startpack:
the charger detects the presence
of sulphated / deeply discharged
batteries. It will attempt to re-
cover the battery with a specic
charge of 16h.

Startpack is plugged in to the
mains but no light is on.
No voltage from the mains. Check the presence of 230V vol-
tage on the supply.
The fuse has blown. Replace the fuse.
The voltage connector is not plug-
ged on the 12V socket.
Plug the voltazge connector on
the 12V socket.
NO WARRANTY ON BATTERIES
Batteries are active elements, their life depends on maintenance. After each use of this starter, the internal batteries
must be charged. Stored in places with high temperatures can reduce the battery charge. In case of non-use, it is
strongly recommended to recharge the batteries before use. Generally, we recommend leaving the product permanently
plugged to maintain the batteries at their best level of performance. This product is equipped with 2 high performance
batteries which can be irreversibly damaged in case of non compliance of the maintenance rules.
For this reason the batteries of the Startpack are excluded from warranty.
WARRANTY
The warranty covers faulty workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labour).
The warranty does not cover:
• Transit damage.
• Normal wear of parts (eg. : cables, clamps, etc..).
• Damages due to misuse (power supply error, dropping of equipment, disassembling).
• Environment related failures (pollution, rust, dust).
In case of failure, return the unit to your distributor together with:
- The proof of purchase (receipt etc ...)
- A description of the fault reported
