  If your Hach Measuring Instruments aren't receiving buffer or indicator solution, remove the two reagent lines from the Y connector. Expect only one drop of reagent per cycle. If no reagent comes out, inspect the pressure plate, ensuring the pinch block isn't overtightened and the reagent lines aren't pinched. Also, check the back of the pinch block for grooves. Replace the pinch block if necessary.
