1. Discard the old containers with the contents in compliance with MSDS and regulatory
requirements.
2. Install the new bottles.
7.4 Replace the analyzer tubing

Chemical exposure hazard. Obey laboratory safety procedures and wear all of the personal protective
equipment appropriate to the chemicals that are handled. Refer to the current safety data sheets
(MSDS/SDS) for safety protocols.

Pinch hazard. Parts that move can pinch and cause injury. Do not touch moving parts.
The maintenance kit supplied with the unit includes all tubes and fittings for analyzer tubing
replacement. Refer to Table 6 for components.
1. Turn off the sample flow to the instrument.
2. Turn off the power to the instrument.
3. Remove one tube at a time and install the new tube. Refer to Figure 12.
