Analyze samples immediately. Do not use plastic containers to collect samples.
Note:
The Pocket Colorimeter™ II is designed to measure solutions contained in sample cells.
DO NOT
dip the meter in the sample or pour the sample directly into the cell holder.
Note:
If the sample temporarily turns yellow after reagent addition, or if the display shows
overrange (page 2—10), dilute a fresh sample and repeat the test. A slight loss of bromine
may occur because of the dilution. Multiply the result by the appropriate dilution factor.
