Make sure that the date and time format is dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm.
The instrument cannot read
the Sample ID
Examine the text strings. Refer to the expanded user manual on the
manufacturer's website.

Possible cause: The wrong
date format.
Make sure that the date and time format is dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm.
The sample ID list full. Data
has not been added.
Remove the sample IDs that are not used. Add a new sample ID.
