Emergency stop

If a calamity occurs while driving, and you
need to make a sudden stop, you can
make an emergency stop.
To make an emergency stop while driving:
• Pull the ignition key from the lock.
As soon as the scooter is stopped, the
automatic parking brake is applied.
The emergency brake does not have to be
used under normal circumstances.
When driving at a high
speed, you need to be
extra careful. Especially on sidewalks or around pedestrian areas,
we advise you to set your scooter to a lower maximum speed.
4.3.2 Corners
Moving around corners in forward direction
Turning left or right
By turning the handlebars to the left or to the right, the scooter will change direction and
start moving to the left or to the right accordingly.
• You should always use your indicators when making a turn.
• Always take turns at a safe speed.
Reversing while making a turn
Turning left or right
By turning the handlebars to the left or to the right, the scooter will change direction and
start moving in the opposite direction of the direction you steer.
• Steering to the right: the scooter will reverse while making a left turn.
• Steering to the left: the scooter will reverse while making a right turn.
4.3.3 Slopes

Driving up a slope
Driving up a slope is done in the same way as riding in forward direction.
• Slopes with an angle greater than 6° may not be taken.
• Always select a lower speed to drive up a slope.
• Avoid sudden and abrupt movements.
• Do not brake too hard when moving around corners.
• Avoid changing directions or turning around on a slope.
