Motor overheating or smoking
③When remove winding for overhaul, use improper
way that burn the iron core.
④Rotor and stator core rub.
⑤Motor overloads or start up frequently.
⑥Cage rotor break.
⑦Motor lacks phase, two phases run.
⑧After rewinding, dipping paint of stator winding is
improper.
⑨In high temperature, much dirt on the motor surface
or ventilation duct block.
