MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE
• Select the Calcium method using the procedure described in the
Method Selection section (see page 17).
• Add 3 mL of unreacted sample to the cuvette using the 5 mL syringe.
• Use the pipette to fill the cuvette up to the 10 mL
mark with the HI93752A‑Ca Calcium Reagent A.
• Add 4 drops of Buffer Reagent.
