Frequently asked questions
Do I need a special loading device?
No, you can use an off-the-shelf USB flash drive.
Bear in mind that these are not 100% reliable so you
may need to try more than one.
A database of destination information (plus adverts
and other messages if required) is prepared on a
standard Windows PC using Helen display-editing
software. This is transferred to a USB stick and then
loaded directly into the DG3. Please refer to section.

Can I change a DERIC+ for a DG3?
Yes, you will need Hanover adaptor cable CX330K
and a USB flash drive. Please refer to 2.2.2.1
