be overheated or scratched.
You should not use:

The hob has four cooking zones. Every cook-
ing zone corresponds with a dial on the con-
trol panel.
• Turn the dial to the desired level of heat
as needed.

If at least one cooking zone is switched on,
the indicator light (17) will light up.
• Turn the dial back to ‘0’ to switch things
off.
Residual heat display
(5)
The residual heat display (5) will remain lit up
for as long as a cooking zone is still warm. It
warns you of any possible burning and lets
you know that you can still use residual heat
to cook.
CAUTION!
Risk of burns!
If a power failure occurs, the residual
heat indicator will go out and may not
indicate the presence of residual heat!
■ Do not touch a hot cooking zone af-
ter a power failure.
