CONDITIONS OF USE

If you notice any damage during transport or unpacking, notify your supplier immediately. DO
NOT PUT INTO OPERATION.
SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
This product is exclusively intended for the use:
- to mow the lawn of domestic garden.
- for private use i.e. for use in home and gardening environments. Private use of the lawn
mower refers an annual operating time generally not exceeding that of 50 working
hours, during which time the machine is primarily used to maintain small-scale,
residential lawns and home / hobby gardens.
- according to the corresponding descriptions and safety instructions in these operating
instructions. Any other use is not as intended.
As a result of the potential danger to the user, the lawn mower must not be used to trim bushes,
hedges and shrubs, to cut or shred climbing plants or lawns on roof gardens or in balcony boxes
or to clean footpaths, nor must it be used as a chopper for shredding tree or hedge cuttings.
Furthermore, the lawnmower must not be used as a cultivator or to level off uneven areas of
ground, e.g. molehills.
C If the product is used for any purpose other than the intended purpose or
if unauthorized modification is made, the statutory warranty and statutory
responsibility for defects as well as any liability on the part of the manufacturer
will be void.
Do not overload! Use the product only for the powers it was designed for.
The product designed for a given purpose performs it better and safer than one that has a similar
function. Therefore, always use the correct one for a given purpose.
