After starting let the engine run 1 – 3 minutes at low speed, in the meantime check the
engine condition, if it is running steadily or if you cannot hear unusual noise. Then adjust the
speed by throttle lever to required level.

STOPPING THE ENGINE
MANUAL START ELECTRIC START
Having finished the work let the engine run for few minutes to let evaporate humidity and
melted snow and ice and the machine is dry for next use.
Throttle lever (fig. 20C/21C) push to „Turtle“ symbol.
Switch (fig. 22A) turn to OFF position.
Fuel valve (fig. 20A/21A) turn to OFF position.
In case of long operation break (after season) is recommended to mix additive to fuel as
a prevention of fuel deterioration and problems with restarting in the beginning of next
season. Do not use the fuel which is older that 14 days.
DRIVE GEARS
Shift the gears only when the coupling is switched off (machine stands still and
only with the engine switched on).
Change gears by means of gear lever (fig. 26A).
Forward: F1 – slow, F4 – quick
Reverse: R1 – slow, R2 – quick
Before shifting gear check if the snow thrower is not blocked.
LIGHT
• Light on/off switch controls the rise and fall the spotlight (fig. 1 / part 5). Can be activated only
when the engine is running.
• Light on/off switch is switched on when switch is in „1“ position, in „O“ position the light is
switched off.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE MACHINE
• Ensure good stability!
• Pressing the guide rod down will enable to turn the sweeping broom in both directions by app.
20° and lock the bar in those positions.
• In the operating mode, make always sure that the cooling and combustion air is exhausted
without interruption (leaves may block the exhaust channels). Flue gas exhaust without
interruption should be ensured, too.
MACHINE CONTROL
• The appliance is moving forward when the upper lever (fig. 19A) is pressed and one of the
forward gears is ranked.
• The appliance is moving backward when the upper lever is pressed and one of the backward
gears is ranked.
• Brushes are activated when the lever (fig. 19B) in the middle of the handle is pressed.
