6.12. Multiple handset use
6.12.1. Intercom
This feature is only applicable where at least two registered handsets.
You can register up to 4 handsets to the telephone base.
To make an internal call:
• If you have only two handsets, press .
• If you have more than two handsets, press / or to select
the handset number then press .
• To ring all handsets to intercom, press / or to select CALL
ALL then press .
Transfer a call or make a three-party conference call:
You can transfer an external call to another handset registered to the base,
or set up 3-way conference call between 2 internal handsets and 1 external
caller.
• During a call, press .
• Select INTERCOM , press / or to select handset number
and then press .
• Press on the called handset to answer.
• Long press on the calling hanset to establish conference call.
6.13. Find the Handset
You can locate the handset by pressing on the bottom of base station.
The handset registered to the base will produce the paging tone and
“PAGING” is displayed on the LCD.
You can stop the paging by pressing , or any dialing keys on any handset or
on the base again.
Note: If there is an incoming call during paging, the phone will ring with the
incoming call instead of paging.
