  If your HemoCue Docking Station display shows no characters: 1. Check the power adapter connection to both the power supply and the Docking Station. 2. If the Analyzer is docked, ensure the green LED on the Docking Station is flashing. 3. If using battery power, recharge the battery using a power adapter or Docking Station. If the issue persists, the display may be faulty.

  To troubleshoot USB data transfer issues with your HemoCue Docking Station: a) Ensure the Analyzer is properly docked. b) Check cable connections at both the Docking Station and PC. c) Verify the Docking Station isn't a Primary Docking station. d) Confirm all Docking Stations are connected to the PC with a USB cable. e) Ensure the DMS Software and USB driver are correctly installed. f) Check the electrical connection; the LED on the docking station should display a stable or flashing green light.
