If your Heritage Kitchen Appliances Sous Vide precision cooker displays 'E1' and has stopped, it could be due to several reasons: * The water pot may not be filled adequately. Ensure the water level is above the minimum mark by unplugging the unit, adding water, and plugging it back into a 120 AC-3 prong outlet. * The water level might have dropped below the minimum.
