Set the lever lock when the vehicle is on its
main stand.
NOTE
In case the engine gets started, cranking
(starter relay engagement) of engine will
stop after engine reaches 900 r/min.
When cranking the engine by using brake &
starter switch or brake & slight throttle,
cranking of engine will stop after 5 seconds,
if engine does not start. After that, brake &
starter switch or brake & slight throttle is
required to crank the engine.
Confirm that the programmed FI
malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) (4) glows
continuously and then should go “OFF”
once the engine is started.
Turn the ignition switch (3) to “ON” ( )
position.
