Installation
•
Reverse the removal procedure
Brake stopper arm nut torque:
1.8-2.5 kgf-m
•
After installing the wheel, apply the brake
several times and check for free wheel
rotation when released.
•
Adjust the rear brake free play (page 44)
and drive chain slackness (page 39).

Park the vehicle on the level surface.
•
Make sure the side/main stand is not bent.
MAIN/SIDE STAND LUBRICATION
•
Check the main/side stand return spring for
damage or loss of tension.
•
Check the main stand (1)/side stand (2)
for freedom of movement.
•
Lubricate the side stand pivot if necessary.
