Scope of warranty
Terms & conditions
a) vehicle is warranted for a period of , whichever is Passion Xpro 5 years or 70000 Km
earlier, from the date of purchase.
c) Passion Xpro Hero MotoCorp'sIf any is observed in vehicle, only obligation/ problem
liability is to repair or replace that part/those parts which is/are considered to be the
cause of such , provided however that such has not resulted due to problem problem
misuse/improper handling etc. of the vehicle. Any vehicle needing repair Passion Xpro
should be brought along with owner's manual to authorized workshop Hero MotoCorp's
for necessary inspection and carrying rectification job.
Hero MotoCorp Ltd. Hero MotoCorp Passion Xpro (hereinafter called ‘ ') warrants its
vehicles, assembled/manufactured in its to be Plants and sold through its channel partners,
free from any defect-both in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions,
subject to the following terms & conditions.
b) It is advised that the purchaser avails all free and paid services from the Hero MotoCorp’s
authorized workshop as per the recommended schedule, to be eligible for warranty
benefits. Each paid service should be availed within 90 days from the date of previous
service or as per the recommended schedule, whichever is earlier.
