CAUTION
!!
•
Replace it earlier if it becomes very dirty,
damage on surface or on the sealing area.
•
Never wash or clean the viscous filter. Replace
filter element once in every 15000 km.
•
Install the air cleaner element cover.
•
Clean the air cleaner housing using a shop
towel.
•
Install the left side cover.
•
Install the new air cleaner element
•
Install the seat.
Follow the above process more frequently
when riding in rain or at full throttle.
Drain the deposit into a suitable container by
pressing the drain plug (2) end.

Remove the drain tube (1) and drain the
deposit into a container.

However in case of specific requirement of
tuning due to engine stalling in idle speed,
please follow the instructions given here
under:
The carburetor is factory pre set in order to -
achieve optimum performance and meet
emission standards.

Idle speed adjustment
•
W park arm up the engine and the vehicle on
the main stand.
•
Turn the i3s switch to “OFF” position.
•
Adjust idle speed with the throttle stop
screw (1).
