Your Hexcal product will be covered for parts
for 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to
the terms of the Limited Hardware Warranty
(please see next pages for more details).
However, indispensable legal rights of the final
consumer under applicable national legislation
governing the sale of consumer goods are not
affected by the terms of the Limited Hardware
Warranty.
Activate Your Warranty
Registering your product with its USN (Unique
Serial Number) at hexcal.com/support within
the first year will activate your warranty. USN
can be found in the chamber after removing
the top surface (please see the diagram to the
right).
If you have any questions about your Hexcal

with your serial number and details of where
and when you bought the appliance. Most
