11.1 Why the camera search tool cannot list cameras?
Reason
● Device is not started up normally.
● Network connection exception occurs.
Solution
● Check device power wiring (observe PWR indicator).
● Check network connection (observe LNK indicator and ACT Indicator). For specific indicator
status description, refer to Section Indicator Status for details.
11.2 Why the image is not clear during live view?
Reason
Focus is not adjusted properly.
Solution
Adjust focus according to Section Focus Control Settings.
11.3 Why the image is very dark?
Reason
● The brightness of light source is not enough.
● Exposure and gain values are too small.
Solution
● Increase the brightness of light source.
● Increase exposure and gain values according to actual demands.
11.4 Why there is no image after triggering?
