Chapter 3 Before Measurement

CAUTION
To avoid damage to the instrument, protect it from
vibration or shock during transport and handling, and
be especially careful to avoid dropping.
WARNING
To avoid electrocution, turn off the power
switch and disconnect the probes before
removing the lithium battery. After replacing the
batteries, replace the lower case and screws
before using the instrument.
Do not mix old and new batteries, or different
types of batteries. Also, be careful to observe
battery polarity during installation. Otherwise,
poor performance or damage from battery
leakage could result.
