Slightly loosen the nuts on either side guide
rollers with a wrench SW17.
With a wrench SW 12 is with the help of the
eccentric bearing roller according to externally
or internally displaced.
Repeat on both sides of the process until no play
between the bearing rollers.
The bandsaw blade should be centered on the
upper bearing role.
CAUTION: The two lower side rollers do not
clamp!
After both bearing rollers are adjusted free of play, the two nuts tighten up the leadership
roles.
Example of a perfect adjustment of the bandsaw blade guide:
The bandsaw blade has too much play and is
therefore still cant between the lateral bearing
rollers
.
The saw blade is completely vertically without
any play between the lateral bearing rollers.
CAUTION:
Before tightening the bandsaw blade guide examine
whether the saw band is below set perfectly vertical
and readjust the bandsaw blade guide according ver-
tically.
