13.2.5 Set the blade tension
 The bandsaw blade with the control knob (10) to voltage (2 - 3mm Test) set.
 check after a short test run and retighten if necessary.
13.3 Operating
13.3.1 Switch ON / OFF
The machine can be switched on via the green ON button switching on and off with the red OFF
switch button.
The automatic switch off can by readjusting the limit screw to
be adjusted.
- Allow the engine to start up fully so that the saw blade at full
running speed.
- Run the saw arm to the bracket (3) to the workpiece.
- Let the saw arm by its own weight work through the materi-
al.
- Do not apply pressure. The saw automatically turns off after
cutting through the material by triggering the OFF switch
button.
NOTE
Allow the engine to start full before starting to Be Cut.
13.3.2 Sawing
 Turn on the machine with the ON / OFF switch (9).
 Remove the positioning knob.
 The automatic feed to the saw arm moves automatically
downwards.
 Do not apply pressure.
 The saw automatically switches itself off after cutting the material by triggering the off switch
button.
 Pull the saw arm into the air, and insert the positioning knob back in the hole.
THE TEETH OF THE SAW BLADE SHOULD GIVE THE MATERIAL TO BE CUT ALSO BE
ADJUSTED:
1. The thinner / narrower the workpiece, the higher teeth
2. Basic rule: it should be working at any given time at least 3 teeth in the material
NOTE: If the metal band saw a long time is not used, you can relax the saw band with the ad-
justment of band tightening (10)
