NOTE: Check the 90 ° bandsaw blade guide with an angle gauge or with a rectangular workpiece.
Repeat this process on the right if the saw band saw
blade guiding is not performed exactly vertical.
NOTE: The bandsaw blade guide slide (left / right) as
close as possible to the workpiece.
By loosening the fixing nuts (12), the blade guides can
be moved.
CAUTION: Bevel cuts are resulting from not exactly vertical set saw blade guides and too much
play between the lateral bearing rollers!
WARNING
Perform all the conversion work in isolation from the mains!
13.1.2 Select the saw blade speed
The saw blade is driven via a belt drive. Adjust the saw blade speed at the material to be cut.
Select the feed according to the following table.
