The m achine shall be used only by trained persons.
Non authorized persons, especially children, shall be kept aw ay from the
w ork area.
Do not w ear loose clothing, long hair openly or loose jew ellery like necklaces
etc. w hen operating the m achine
They m ight be catched by rotating parts and cause serious injuries.
Use proper safety clothing and devices w hen operat ing the m achine ( , safet y
goggles, ear prot ectors, safety shoes …) ! Do not w ear safety gloves for oper-
ating because they decrease the w orking accuracy and they m ight be pulled
into the saw blade.
Before any m aintenance you have to disconnect the panel saw from the
pow er source. Never use t he plugged cable for transporting or m anipulating
the m achine.
Operator must read the instruction carefully before operating the machine, and the man-
ager of safety department should assure the operator knows the requirements well.
The operation, maintenance and repair of the machine must be done by qualified person
who have been trained to have the ability to forecast the potential risks. Only safety-
conscious persons who are fully aware of the risks can operate the machine.
To those people who assemble, operate, or maintain the machine must be confirmed to
have read and understood the operating instructions.
After stopping the machine, the tool will still run for a period of time due to inertia, do not
open the tool guard and touch the tool with your hand before it comes to stop running.
Do not detach or modify any part of the safety guard. The machine should be discon-
nected from the power supply during maintenance or repair.

Assign special persons to operate, maintain and adjust the machine.
Operate the machine in technically perfect condition. Only the producer or qualified person
can completely repair the machine.
Stop the machine immediately if abnormal phenomena appear, check and repair the ma-
chine by specialized persons in time.
Disassembly and assembly the machine with the hoisting equipment, which is of enough
load capacity.
Observe all safety instructions and warnings attached to the machine, make sure they are
always complete and perfectly legible.
Do safety inspection before operating. Ensure the stroke limit switches, stop block and
emergency stop button safe and reliable.
Reinstall the removed guards and safety devices in place after maintaining.
