press quickly speed key “2.4.6.8 .10" key to adjust the running speed during exercise,
First plug in the power, then place the safety key on the computer & turn on the power
switch that is located at the front of the Treadmill.
The display screen display “P0”, press “start”key on the computer and the running belt
starts moving after the LCD showing “5-4-3-2-1”. the running belt starts moving with the
speed at 1.0km/h.You may press the “-”or“+”key to increase or decrease the running
speed during exercise.each i ncrement or reduction will be of 0.1 km/h.
the
speed range is from 1.0 km/h to 10 km/h,press “stop” key to stop the treadmill or
pull safety key to emergency stop.the window will display“ OFF ”.
“mode”: Under the stand by mode or display screen “P0”, you may press the“mode” button
to set up data TIME/ DISTANCE /CALORIE,use the “- ”and “+”button to adjust the
data.setup finsh, press“start”key to run the treadmill,when you press “-”“+”key enter
manual mode.
“prog”: Under the standby mode or display screen “P0”, press the “prog”key to select
program P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7, P8, P9, P10, P11, P12,setup finsh, press“start”key to
run the treadmill,when you press “-”“+”enter manual mode.
CONSOLE PANEL FUNCTIONS
The window displays PROGRAM/SPEED, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE & PULSE.
PROGRAM/SPEED : At holding state, window will display P0~P12, P0 is “MANUAL SET
MODE.”,P1~P12 are “PROGRAM MODE”. During exercise, the Speed range is from 1.0
km/h to 10km/h.
TIME: The TIME range is 0:00 ~99:59.
DISTANCE: The DISTANCE range is 0.0 ~99.9 km.
CALORIE: The CALORIE Range is 0 ~ 999.
PULSE: The Heart Rate range between 40 to 199. Window displays Heart Rate, when put
your both hands on the Heart Inductors located on the Handlebar during exercise.
