If the fuel system is working properly, it
should only be necessary to pull the
engine 1 or 2 times with the choke knob
out.

9. On the tiller handle type align the
engine start symbol ” QI ” on the
throttle grip with the painter ” ) ”
on the tiller handle. On the remote
control type lift the choke/fast idle
lever. The choke/fast idle lever will
stay up in the fast idle position.
