flywheel is rotating. Do not
operate without the engine
cover. Exposed moving parts
could cause injury and starter
may damage the engine.

Reinstall the engine cover.
If you pulled out the choke knob to the ON position to start the engine,
return it slowly to the OFF position (manual choke type), and turn the
throttle grip in the SLOW direction to a position where the engine does not
stall.
