Front Suspension Inspection
Check the front fork assembly by locking
the front brake and pumping the fork up
and down vigorously.
Inspect
for
smooth
cushion
action
and
oil
seepage
around
the
oil
seals.
Carefully inspect all front suspension
fasteners for tightness. This includes the
attachment
points
of
the
fork
tubes,

brake components and handlebar.
Tire Servicing
Tire tread wear:
Tires should be replaced when center
tread
depth
is
worn
to
the
following
limits:
Center Tread Depth Service Limit
Front: 0.05in. (1.5 mm)
Rear: 0.0811. (2.0 mm)
WARNING:
Operation with excessively worn tires is
hazardous and will adversely affect trac-
tion.
Tire damage:
Replace damaged tires. Do not patch or
vulcanize a tire casing.
We recommend that punctured inner
