Registration
SUCCESS
If this is a new installation and the city, central station, and
customer numbers have been correctly entered, the 7847i-E is
registered and this message is displayed. The unit
is now in full
service and available for alarm reporting to the central station.
Possible Errors
Function
Unavailable
The Installation Key MUST be programmed in order to initiate the
Registration process.
This message will be displayed if the key is invalid.
No Registration
Account Disabled
Account was disabled at the receiver prior to the registration
attempt or while registration was in progress.
Registration BAD
Timed Out
If the Registration Key entered is invalid, this message is displayed.
Registration BAD
Account Exists!
This prompt is displayed if the account number programmed in the
7847i-E is already being used for a different 7847i-E in the system.
If a replacement is desired, enable Substitution Mode in the receiver.
Registration BAD
CS Database FULL
This prompt is displayed if the receiver has reached its maximum
capacity for accounts. Its database is limited to 300 subscribers.
Registration BAD
This prompt is displayed if a general problem occurred when the
7847i-E tried to register with the receiver.
