Parameter 71 = 8: AND with input at terminal 46 (emer-
gency stop).
Parameter 71 = 20: LDS ignition position check.
The BCU does not perform a burner start-up, restart or
start-up attempt until the butterfly valve is in ignition
position. To ensure that the burners only start with the
start-up fuel rate, the FCU issues an enable signal to
start the burner via terminal 66 to the BCU with setting
P71 = 20. In addition, the safety interlocks must have
been enabled by the FCU.
