7.2.2 Indexes for acyclic communication
With the help of acyclic communication between the
PLC (IO controller) and BCU/FCU (IO devices), it is pos-
sible to read information on parameters, statistics and
fault history on an event basis (e.g. using system func-
tion block Siemens FSB 52 RDREC).
The available data records differ in terms of their in-
dexes.
