correct
reciprocal
number
of
dissipation.
Note
The
4262A
rounds
fractions
of

or
greater
below
the
LSD
to
the
next
higher
digit
and
drops
any
fractions
of
4
or
less.
For
example,
if
the
actual
dissipation
is
.0135,
the
display
will
read
.014.
If
the
actual
dissipation
is
.0134,
the
display
will
read
.013.

the
test
fails,
