4-15. OFFSET ADJUSTMENT TEST.
DESCRIPTION:
This
test
checks
that
both
C
and
L
ZERO
ADJ
controls
can
be
set
(over
their
specified
ranges)
to
respectively
offset
the
stray
capacitance
and residual
inductance
of test jig.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Offset Adjustment: C:up to 10pF
L:up to 1uH

for
doing
a
two
terminal
measurement.
Connect
no
DUT
to
unknown
terminals
(open).
