each
part
consists
of
the
following:
(a)
The
Hewlett-Packard
part
number.
(b) Part number check digit (CD).
(c)
The
total
quantity
(QTY)
in
the
instrument.
(d) The description of the part.
(e)
A
typical
manufacturer
of
the
part
(in
a
five-digit
code).
(f)
The
manufacturer’s
part
number
for
that
part.
The
total
quantity
for
each
part
is
given
only
once
-
at
the
first
appearance
of
the
part
in
the
list.
