1. Loosen the two quarter-turn screws on the side of the system drawer, covering the
modules.

2. Lift the finger tab and pull the door off.
Y Set aside.
3. At the left side of the drawer remove the CPU compartment cover by loosening the two
screws on the cover face.

4. Pull the finger tab releasing the cover from the drawer and remove it.

5. Remove the two screws on the CPU handles and the four screws on the CPU.

6. Pull the handles away from the CPU module releasing it from the connector and pull the
CPU module out of the drawer.
7. Disconnect the IDE cable from the I/O expander board.

8. Working from the fan cavity, pull the IDE cable into the open area, underneath the
system components.
