Before removing the top cover/keyboard, prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly
on page 28).
Remove the top cover/keyboard:
1. Turn the computer upside down with the front toward you.
2. Remove the two Phillips PM2.0×8.7 screws (1) that secure the top cover/keyboard to the bottom cover.
