Network requirements
On the network shown in Figure 47:
• Device A connects to the marketing department through Ethernet 1/0/1 and to the technical
department through Ethernet 1/0/2. It connects to the server through Ethernet 1/0/3.
• Configure local port mirroring in mirroring port mode to enable the server to monitor the
bidirectional traffic of the marketing department and the technical department.

Configuration procedure
1. Create a local mirroring group.
