for TCP/IP parameters to be automatically
loaded from a bootp or DHCP server when
the printer is turned on. If you specify

, you can manually set selected
TCP/IP parameters from the Control Panel.
You can manually set each byte of the IP
address (IP), Subnet Mask (SM), Syslog
Server (LG), and Default Gateway (GW).
Also, you can manually set the Timeout time
period.
Note
If no IP address is assigned within the first 5
minutes, the HP JetDirect print server card
will assume a default IP address of
192.0.0.192.
