8. If it is necessary to replace the TouchScreen board cable:
NOTE: It is necessary to remove the display assembly to remove and replace
the TouchScreen board cable.
a. Remove the display panel assembly.
b. Remove the TouchScreen board cable from the cavity in the bottom edge of the display back cover.
The TouchScreen board cable is available using spare part number 924512-001 and includes the G-
sensor board cable.
9. If it is necessary to replace the wireless antenna cables and transceivers:
a. Remove the display panel assembly.
b. Remove the right display hinge.
c. Detach the wireless antenna transceivers (1) from the display back cover. (The wireless antenna
transceivers are attached to the display back cover with double-sided adhesive.)
d. Release the shielding material (2) that secures the wireless antenna cables to the display
back cover.
e. Release the wireless antenna cables from the retention clips (3) and routing channel built into
the top, right, and bottom edges of the display back cover.
