4. Remove the Phillips M1.6 × 2.0 screw (4) that secures the touchpad to the computer. Note that this
screw requires a Phillips P0 screwdriver.
5. Remove the touchpad from the computer (5).
To install the touchpad, reverse this procedure.
Top-cover camera
To remove the top-cover camera, use this procedure and illustration.

Before removing the top-cover camera, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 34).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 34).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 35).
Remove the top-cover camera:
1. Remove the foil that covers the top-cover camera.
2. Release the ZIF connector (1) the top-cover camera cable is connected to, and then disconnect the
cable from the top-cover camera board.
