Identifying problems
Example alert for a failed disk
It is possible to configure recipients for SNMP traps or email alerts, as described in the HPE StoreOnce
Backup User Guide for your product. These users will be notified of any problems with hardware
components. You can also use the StoreOnce GUI and StoreOnce CLI, as described below, to identify
problems and access alerts.
The following examples illustrate how problems with a hard disk can be identified.

Select Events. The alert is recorded in the Events window with Event Details at the bottom of the window.
