a. Remove the display panel assembly.
b. Remove the display left hinge.
c. Release the shielding material (1) that secures the wireless antenna cables to the display back
cover near the display left hinge area.
d. Detach the grounding tape (2) that secures the wireless antenna cable to the display back cover.
e. Detach the wireless antenna transceivers (3) from the display back cover. (The wireless antenna
transceivers are attached to the display back cover with double-sided adhesive.)
f. Release the wireless antenna cables from the retention clips (4) and routing channel built into
the top, left, and bottom edges of the display back cover.
g. Remove the wireless antenna cables and transceivers (5).
The wireless antenna cables and transceivers are available using spare part number 906780-001.
Reverse this procedure to reassemble install the display assembly.
