Airplane mode
When you enable Airplane (Flight) mode, all wireless radios on HTC 5G Hub are turned off,
including data services, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi and 802.11ad hotspots.
§ You can manually turn Bluetooth back on after enabling Airplane mode.
§ If tethering or hotspots are turned on, enabling Airplane mode turns them off. You need to
manually turn them back on after you disable Airplane mode.
Do any of the following to turn Airplane mode on or off:
§ In Settings Network & Internet Advanced, tap the Airplane mode On/Off switch to turn
Airplane mode on or off.
§ With two fingers, swipe down from the status bar to open the Quick Settings panel. Tap the
Airplane mode tile to turn airplane mode on or off.
When enabled, the Airplane mode icon is displayed in the status bar.
Setting when to turn off the screen
After a period of inactivity, the screen turns off to conserve battery power. You can set the idle time
before the screen turns off.
1. Go to Settings, and then tap Display.
2. Tap Advanced.
3. Tap Sleep, and then tap the time before the screen turns off.
Screen brightness
1. Go to Settings, and then tap Display.
2. Tap Brightness level.
3. Drag the brightness slider to the left to decrease or to the right to increase the screen
brightness.
Night Light
Adjust the screen from blue to a warmer color to help reduce eye strain when viewing it at night.
1. Go to Settings, and then tap Display.
2. Tap Night Light, and then tap Schedule to set a schedule when to turn on the feature.
